🧤 GOALIE (Goalkeeper)

Your Job: Protect the goal and start the attack

What You Do

  • Stop shots 🚫
  • Catch, block, or kick the ball away
  • Talk to your teammates and tell them where to go
  • Start the play by throwing or kicking the ball to teammates

Key Tips

  • Stay between the ball and the goal
  • Be loud — help your team with directions
  • When you have the ball, look up before kicking

🛡️ LEFT & RIGHT FULLBACKS (Defenders)

Your Job: Stop attackers and protect the goalie

What You Do

  • Stay between the other team and the goal
  • Win the ball and pass it forward
  • Cover for teammates if they get beat
  • Help the goalie by clearing danger

Key Tips

  • Don’t chase the ball too far forward
  • Stay goal-side (between your player and the goal)
  • When you win the ball, pass — don’t panic

⚙️ LEFT & RIGHT MIDFIELDERS

Your Job: Connect defense and offense

What You Do

  • Help defenders on defense
  • Help forwards on offense
  • Pass, dribble, and move into open space
  • Support teammates on both sides of the field

Key Tips

  • Keep moving — find open space
  • Look for quick passes
  • If a teammate loses the ball, help win it back

Your Job: Score goals and start defending from the front

What You Do
